Conventional recycling methods are often inefficient, losing valuable materials in the process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The EU\u2019s 2030 Critical Raw Materials Act sets ambitious targets to improve material recovery, but current practices fall short. In this context, the EU-funded RESTORE project will develop a holistic, scalable battery recycling process <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project aims to revolutionise battery waste handling, with a focus on safely pre-processing End-of-Life electric vehicles and domestic batteries <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESTORE will unlock the recovery of valuable resources like electrolyte salts, graphite, and cathode materials, which are often lost in traditional methods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project will contribute to meeting EU recycling targets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-link-arrow\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-element-button\"
